<p class="wp-block-paragraph">RF-Clown is a fully open-source BLE and Bluetooth jammer built around the powerful ESP32 and dual NRF24L01+PA+LNA modules. Designed for those diving deep into RF security, this project puts transparency, control, and learning first — no locked-down binaries or black-box tricks.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Whether you’re probing protocol weaknesses or just experimenting with RF jamming patterns in a controlled environment, RF-Clown gives you full control over every byte.</p>

<hr class="wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity"/>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/1f50d.png" alt="🔍" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> <strong>Why RF-Clown Exists</strong></h3>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">RF-Clown isn&#8217;t here to replace commercial tools. It&#8217;s built for education, for exploration, and for expanding the community’s understanding of RF vulnerabilities — especially around Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and classic Bluetooth devices.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Too many jamming tools online are either closed-source or locked behind sketchy binaries. RF-Clown changes that, inviting developers, hackers, and researchers to inspect the code, tweak it, and use it responsibly.</p>

<hr class="wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity"/>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/2699.png" alt="⚙" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> <strong>Features That Matter</strong></h3>

<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li><strong>Dual NRF24 Configuration</strong><br>Uses both HSPI and VSPI interfaces on the ESP32 for simultaneous BLE + Bluetooth jamming.</li>

<li><strong>Smart Mode Switching</strong><br>A single push-button toggles between BLE, classic Bluetooth, or both.</li>

<li><strong>NeoPixel Feedback</strong><br>An onboard RGB LED gives live visual feedback on your current mode.</li>

<li><strong>Portable Setup</strong><br>Designed for lithium battery use, with integrated TP4056 charger for easy recharging.</li>

<li><strong>Fully Custom PCB</strong><br>The board includes a CP2102 USB-to-Serial bridge, LF33 voltage regulator, and clean power routing for the radios.</li>

<li><strong>100% Open-Source</strong><br>Code is published, documented, and ready to modify or fork.</li>
</ul>

<hr class="wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity"/>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/1f9e0.png" alt="🧠" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> <strong>Quick Flash Guide (.bin Upload Method)</strong></h3>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Want to skip compiling the code yourself? Here’s how to flash the precompiled binary directly to your ESP32:</p>

<ol class="wp-block-list">
<li><strong>Get the Tools</strong>
<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li><a href="https://www.espressif.com/en/support/download/other-tools">ESP32 Flash Download Tool (from Espressif)</a></li>

<li>CP2102 USB drivers if needed.</li>
</ul>
</li>

<li><strong>Download the .bin Firmware</strong>
<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Grab the latest release from the <a href="https://github.com/cifertech/RF-Clown">RF-Clown GitHub repo</a>.</li>
</ul>
</li>

<li><strong>Flash It</strong>
<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Connect your ESP32 with USB.</li>

<li>Open the ESP32 Flash Tool.</li>

<li>Load the <code>.bin</code> file at address <code>0x1000</code>.</li>

<li>Set baud rate to <code>115200</code>, select the right COM port.</li>

<li>Hit <strong>Start</strong>.</li>
</ul>
</li>

<li><strong>Done</strong><br>After a successful flash, restart your ESP32 — your jammer is live.</li>
</ol>

<hr class="wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity"/>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/1f6e0.png" alt="🛠" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> <strong>Manual Upload (Arduino IDE)</strong></h3>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Prefer compiling and modifying the code?</p>

<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>Use ESP32 Board version: <strong>1.0.5</strong></li>

<li>Upload using standard ESP32 Dev Module settings.</li>

<li>Make sure you’ve got the RF24 library installed.</li>

<li>The project supports OTA updates if you want to get fancy.</li>
</ul>

<hr class="wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity"/>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/1f440.png" alt="👀" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> <strong>Hardware Snapshot</strong></h3>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The RF-Clown PCB is sleek and purpose-built. From power to programming, everything is on-board:</p>

<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>NRF modules on both SPI interfaces</li>

<li>Programming via onboard CP2102</li>

<li>Lithium battery ready</li>

<li>NeoPixel status LED</li>

<li>All essentials in a compact footprint</li>
</ul>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Two versions of the board are available: <strong>nRFBOX V1</strong> and <strong>V2</strong>. Both support the same firmware and features.</p>

<hr class="wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity"/>

<h3 class="wp-block-heading"><img src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/17.0.2/72x72/1f4d6.png" alt="📖" class="wp-smiley" style="height: 1em; max-height: 1em;" /> <strong>Documentation &amp; Support</strong></h3>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Complete build instructions, schematics, wiring diagrams, and detailed guides are available in the official documentation. It’s written to be useful — not bloated.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph"><strong>→ <a href="https://github.com/cifertech/RF-Clown">Read the Docs</a></strong></p>

<hr class="wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity"/>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">RF-Clown is released under the <strong>MIT License</strong> — meaning you’re free to use, fork, remix, and build upon it. Just give credit where it’s due.</p>
